We are not a public adjuster, contractor, attorney, engineering firm, or insurer, and using ApproveMyRoof does not create any professional relationship with you.

  • Documents you upload — estimates, policies, photos, and correspondence you attach to a claim.

Uploaded documents are stored in a private, access-controlled bucket. Only your account can access files belonging to your claims. Access to production systems is limited and logged. No system is perfectly secure — you use the service at your own risk.

7. Data retention

We retain your account and claim data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us at the address below. Purchase records may be retained longer to meet legal and accounting obligations.

8. Your rights
