1. What ApproveMyRoof is (and isn't)

ApproveMyRoof is an educational document-analysis platform. It helps homeowners understand roof insurance estimates by organizing claim information, pointing out common gaps, and explaining insurance terms in plain English. ApproveMyRoof is not a public adjuster, contractor, attorney, appraiser, insurance producer, or engineering firm, and nothing on the site is legal, insurance, or financial advice. Using ApproveMyRoof does not create any professional relationship between you and us, and does not guarantee your insurer will approve, adjust, or pay any part of your claim.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to use ApproveMyRoof.

3. Your account

You are responsible for anything that happens under your account. Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Uploaded content

You keep ownership of everything you upload (estimates, photos, correspondence). You grant ApproveMyRoof a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely to provide the service to you. You represent that you have the right to upload the content and that it does not violate anyone else's rights or the law.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Prices, currencies, and taxes are shown at checkout. Purchases unlock the selected plan for the specific claim they were made for. See our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

  • No reverse engineering, scraping, or abusing the service.
  • No uploading content you don't have the right to upload.
  • No using ApproveMyRoof to commit fraud or misrepresent a claim.
  • No attempting to access other users' accounts, claims, or files.

7. Disclaimers

ApproveMyRoof is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Automated analysis of insurance documents is inherently imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing the output, verifying it against your own documents, and deciding what to do with it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApproveMyRoof and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ApproveMyRoof from any claim or demand — including reasonable attorneys' fees — made by any third party arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or for any lawful reason. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be handled in an appropriate court located in Tennessee, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of ApproveMyRoof after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
